Our Refund and Returns Policy
At Sunbrighty.com, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your drone, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
